My motorola's screen's light went out. I took it to be repaired. They told me that they do not have spares. (LCD screen) When I switched it on, the light was working, but the screen blank. Previously I could see the screen with the aid of natural light. They said that as soon as the screen is opened, this could happen. Is it possible.. Something about connections that are now broken.

This is the best phone ever to mod..
I have itunes installed on this thing winamp and it works great. I also installed opera mini and other things such as moto-txt, phone manager meaning the phone now acts like a computer i can configure the internal file put my own text file etc...man u guys dont know what ur missing with this phone

The triangle means that your phone isn´t using your company´s network, probably in that place the coverage of another company is stronger than your company´s and if your phone is in network selection automatic it will select that one. be carefull If you are near a border because if network is of another country you will pay for roaming.

I bought two motoral V360 last week, when i reached home and opened them the memory card was missing, when i went back to the shop i was told the memory card comes separately at a cost of ZAR 200.00, is this fair when it it clearly written in the menu that the phone comes with a memory card! and there is even a space provided for it, pse reply asap, i am really frustrated i feel like taking the phones back, but i like them.

hi i have this phone and it is really good..the camera is the boom! but can sum1 plz tell me how to record longer videos? i got a 512 mb card but it only record for 30 sec..

to set ur mp3 songs as ringtones, go to sounds, and then menu, and switch storage device to the card, and then highlight the song you want.
then menu, and copy, to the phone.
then you switch the storage device back to the phone and you can set it as a ringtone

I just buy this phone with 64Mb micro SD. I try the video recording it only can last for maximum 1 minute. can somebody tell me, is there anyway to get a longer record time (my card is still having 55Mb free space).
is thre any function for voice recording only?

The E next to the signal indicator displays if the phone is using EDGE http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EDGE instead of normal GPRS.

i just noticed this weird little E beside the reception bars on the main screen of my v360. call me stupid but i hav no idea wat it means or when it appeared. can anyone tell me please?

Emmeth your proablem sounds like you placed a"shortcut" into the audio file not the actual video file, so when it connects to your PC it finds the file and can then play it, hope this helps

I searched all 38 pages and didn't find what I was looking for.
When on a call, you can have a timer showing how long you've been on the call for. On my V180 phone, I can see the screen no problem just there's no light but the timer is working fine. On the V360, once the light turns off, the screen goes completely black and I can't see anything until I press a button. However it's annoying because when I press a button, the screen changes to whatever button I pressed.
Is there a way for the V360 to not black-out like it does? Just to turn the light off but you can still see the background and timer running? Hope this made sense.

this phone givin real trouble. i put a video into the audio file on the phone and it is not showin up on the phone. it only shoews up when the phone is plugged into the pc using the usb cord. somebody help.
