P.S please e-mail me your java sites
i love the phone, the specs are great and but i just cant figure out how to get mp3s on the phone. i use winamp and i converted the files to mp3 and no larger than 192kbps, actually i set it on cheetah to do 160kbps. i go to upload to the phone with the usb, and its saying something about the file not being specified where it is at. what am i doing wrong? any input is helpful.
Please can any one tell me if the Vodafone version have voice recorder?
can someone please tell me if this phone requires a special USB cable by Motorola to connect it to the computer or any USB Cable will work?
Do I need the Motorola software to upload mp3 songs and java applications or simply connect it to the computer using USB cable or bluetooth?
What's the version of Motorola's software that works with this phone?
Thank You very much!
I uploaded a .3gp video file of about 2Mb (5 mins) into my memory card. The video playback is fine until the 4th minute onwards, when it becomes choppy and slows down until the video ends. I have tried playing the video in my phone's memory as well. Same outcome. Anyone has any idea why and how to fix it?
One more question. Why is the video capture limited to about 1 min (or at least that's the longest length that I've managed to record) when I have so much memory capacity?

Does anyone know how to put java games on this phone with the USB connnection?
I need to know how to get songs on the mp3 player i have the usb cable but it seems that I can't get any songs onto my phone. I especially want to get songs from my computer onto my phone, I have songs on musicmatch jukebox and there is no plug in for the phone....i am so frustrated. Please help
I received this phone today. I cannot change the clock to analogue. When I go to personalise then home screen it just gives me options to change the soft key settings. I also seem unable to transfer and play music. I follow the manuals instructions, the tune shows on the transflash card when connected to the computer but cannot be found on the phone. I think it may be faulty. Would like to hear some opinions re this. Otherwise its a nice phone.
I have a question about using earphones with the MP3 player. does it auto-detect that stereo earphones have been plugged in - as opposed to a speaker/mic combo? I need to pick up an adapter for my earphones later on, but it would suck if it only produces sound from one ear still.
Whoever was asking about changing the clock on the front to analogue, it's under Settings->personalise->Home Screen.
You have to change both clocks - the one on the external screen and the internal one when you open the phone though.
If anyone's wondering about how to connect to a PC if you don't get software - you don't need any (with windows 2000 or XP anyway). If you have a mini-USB lead (they're fairly common - mp3 players, cameras, etc often have one) then you just plug it in and it appears basically as a card reader. I've downloaded a pile of Java games onto the phone this way :)
Call records 10 dialed, 10 received, 10 missed calls.-- I think it's not true cuz my dialed list now has 37 , my received has 35 . MP3 ringtones in Flash memory can't be set with names in phone. You should only save ringtones in phone.
The Motorola v360 is a good phone, i got the phone for 100 from a promo with T-Mobile, i gotta say its worth more than 100 cause ive seen it for alot more like 250 solid not on the internet, but if u get the phone for that price keep it cause u wont find another one like it
