It's a great phone but my son's dropped dead for no reason after 5 months. No reason at all. Never even dropped. Just stopped working. Super light use by a West Point cadet.

This phone is awesome! Me and my mother both have it and we always have great reception and everything! If your lookin for a Motorola this is one good phone!!

I have had it only 6 months and have no reception, always dropping calls and call failed with constant static sounds. My husband has same phone and while I have only 2 signal bars he hass all of them. Having trouble with getting service. Think twice about getting this one.

i bought it and it worked very well, but after 3 months, wich is nothing, it just went off and nobody could ever fix it. my sister had one too, and after 5 months the same thing happenned

It is probably the best phone ive ever had and i had before a razr which was my fourth razr to break for no apparent reason but this phone is much better and has more features if u want to pay for them..

Can anybody tell me can you download true tones on the motorola V555 and is this phone equipped with a voice recorder and how do you use it.

It was my first ever phone. I liked everything about it. I had no problems with it. Its performance was really great. I loved the menus, the ringtones, etc. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this model. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 9.

ive had this phone for a good year, and its very reliable, i can tell you that for sure, because ive gone thru atleast 10 phones in the past, and this one is one of the better ones ^^

i had this phone for about 2 months and after that i couldnt hear out of it, i had to turn it on speakerphone everytime someone called me. This happened to 3 of my friends phones, which they had the same one. Also..i didnt get service very well..it could be where i live also. That is the only problem i had everything els is really good!! I loved the phone!

the best phone i ever had!.. motorola menues are great!,, good signal, sound and design.. very robust. The camera is great, way more better than SE z500´s. I dislike the phone book the same multi line system for one person, profile style will be much more better. But overwall is a very good mid-(to high)-class phone. Best features: Bluetooth, pop3 client, camera, unlimited video rec. sound and signal.

this is the worst recieving phone I have Ever Had when I shut the phone the whole thing shuts off I do Like the camera and the phone's styling though.

im done with motorola phones. i have this phone and after having it for 6 months, the reciever sounds stuffy and i gotta press it really hard to my ear to hear anyone. my mom has the same phone and the flip part of the phone got a short in it. needless to say it doesnt work anymore. other then that it was an okay phone. im switching to sony.

I bought the phone after carefully comparing with other brands and similar models. The phone has very convenient features. Bluetooth makes some many things so much easier. The camera has a pretty good resolution, the display is sharp and well colored. A lil heavy but still small enough for anyone on the move.

How do you change the ring tones on this thing. Also, are you having problems with droping calls, and not having good connections.
