I have a V60 (cingular) and I can't seem to find any way of moving a D from the middle of my phone. I saw other people with phones exactly like mine and their D is at the top of their phone. please help.
My phone has been with me for 3 years and now its dying and won't charge. I love it and wish that they still made more cuz people keep telling me that the connection is better on newer phones..damn technology. Anywho, i love my phone becasue its blue and small. All the phones now are really ugly or big.
I’ve had my V60 two years. The first one died after 7 months - for no reason (it refused to charge). Had it replaced and it has been fine ever since. Excellent looks due to the metallic casing design, although the menu system is difficult to navigate and composing SMS messages can be painfully slow (in predictive text mode).
I've had my v60 in 2002 and I have loved it ever since. It's simple, dependable and beautiful. Though mine right now, in human terms, is dying, I would buy the same thing if it were still available.
Screen went on mine after 6 mos. Motorola & Cingular say physical damage, because of large blotches and fine lines visible on screen even when off. The phone was not dropped. Got new Motorola flip-phone, a newer model, and noticed it has "shock absorbers" on inside, apparently to lessen impact when phone snaps shut. Anyone else had screen problem w/ the V60 line?
This is probably the most beautiful cell phone ever made. It's just perfect visually. I could care less about all the bells and whistles on newer phones. The v60i may not have a laundry list of features, but it does the basic job wonderfully.
I have had a Motorola V60c since 2001. It is a great phone; easy to operate, dependable. Mine just died and I opted to use my insurance when I found out they would replace the exact model.
I looked at all the new brands & models before deciding but found they were loaded with too many unnecessary frills.
My phone is a business tool. The only feature I would like is a speakerphone but I have handsfree devices that work just as well.
No Speakerphone!! Needs one badly.
Audio Output: is poor unless you have a 3-watt external speaker hooked upto it in the car.
EarBud: doesn't have enough volume to be used in a car. Can't overcome the natural backround sounds without a amplified external speaker attached to the phone. Do NOT try and use this cell phone while in a car..you just can't hear the person on the other end while car is in motion.
can u download live ringtones on the v60?
I would like information on the V60p and V60s phones, neither of which can I find any information in your Motorola all phones site.
crappy phone. poor antenna design this phone with Cingular shit service means duck when you see the phone fly out the car window on the freeway.
We bought 12 of the V60 color phones for our sales force, and so far, 8 of them have been returned. This phone is very bad news. There is a problem with the microphone and people cannot hear you talking. I can't believe that they can continue to sell this piece of crap. Not to mention that I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with AT&T Wireless over the past month trying to get issues resolved with this phone. DO NOT buy this phone!
Iam sorry to say: I had a V60 :-( it's like a "Nice Bowl but Empty". Never again!!!
