Motorolla sucks big time, the menu is confusing, and I don't know why is the phone expensive, No wonder that Nokia USA is waaaaaaaaaayyyy behind in technology comparing to Nokia Europe and Asia, and the biggest joke is, Why can't USA release all their phones on GSM like the rest of the World ?!

This phone was a nice upgrade from my previous Timeport, but I found, to my surprise in the middle of the night, that it beeps loudly when the battery power is low. A nice feature during the day but very annoying at 4 AM. I spoke with Motorola and they said that this feature CAN NOT be turned off. Battery power is also less than ideal only aggravating the matter. I normally have to charge it about every 2-3 days.

You guys can use Ericsson ringtones instead, go and get some ringtones from various websites.

i dont know whats wrong with all you people complaining about battery life. i keep the phone on all the time and it lasts a good 4 or 5 days. talk time it last 3 to 4 hours.

I think this phone's great but the v66 is even better 'cause is cheaper. I know that the v66 doesn't have a external ID but it's got all the same features. All you guys, What do you think?

I turned in my Nokia 8260 for a new V 60. The max talk time that I colud get out of the battery was 1hr. Cingular replaced the battery and just like the first max talk time was just over 1hr. I returned to Cingular Wireless and after much debate they agreeded to give me an entirly new V-60. Next day after a full charge I experienced the same poor performance on the new V-60. For the 3rd time I returned to the Cingular store and after even more debate than the last visit they agreeded to replace the V-60 with another Nokia 8260. I really prefered the design and function of the V-60 however it was worthless to me with such a poor battery design. I would like to speek to someone at Motorola about my experience. Please forward my contact information to the appropriate person.

as a carphone ware house sales counsultant and lossing my nokia 8850. there is not anything out there that can compare. except for the v60. its stylish sexy and made of titenium. and not every one can afford it
