man this is another looser motorola made... like the 300, V180, etc. Don't know why but the there are so many problem with the main screen just quit working and other problem like different color line streaking across the screen. another junk phone.......

mandoza, do you have solutions to the problems im having with my v600? Its a good phone but for the price, the competition wins hands down. U say i obvisously dont know how to operate the phone, well i have read the manual back to front, usually thats all thats required to use a mobile phone.

It's a better phone and if U are not on IT then it sucks bcause you know nothing. The problem is people dont know how to operate this phone that is it give hassle! But overall it is a GOOD phone.

I have had the v600 for about 2 months now and i am trying to get rid of it. I have always had nokia phones and find the menus easier to use and the key pad lock is something i miss with the clam shell v600. The outer keys have no locks and i have lost numerous calls because the ringtone has been changed in my pocket without any knowledge. One highlight is the ability to change casings. Average user menus (compared to nokia), anoying outer keys and average reception, gives this phone a 3 out of 10. Try nokia 6230 instead.

I Have a question. Wich MP3 ringtone is louder, from the k700i or the motorola v600.

A couple of annoying things.
when folded in your pocket the keys can come into contact with the screen causing the screen to become scratched.
The phone is very slippery and easily dropped and the hot key on the side of the phone is always active allowing the ring style for example to be changed without you realising it causing missed calls.Otherwise its ok
