heh, ok, mp3 files no problem and mp4 video clips, put them into the 'kjava' hidden file when card in pc reader, drap and drop no problem at all!

Well, my v980 is good, have had a c975 before and this is much better. mp4 and mpeg4 file no prob, straight off 256mb transflash from picstop £19.99, games placed into the kjave 'hidden' file on card, install straight into phone no problem, cannot use midway or pst but mtp is great and everything was in bundle usb,card and software, no probs with calls, text or vodafone live and for £80 who gives a **** about bluetooth!! battery life is at least 40hr but since mine is charged 1 hr a day in car, never have to topup at home. Stop whinging about phone being crap, buy a nokia and find out why they are so rubbish!

on this phone can u send pictures to different phones such as, say you were on orange or 02 and had the v980 and u wanted 2 send a foto 2 a 3mobile vodafone phone, wud it send and cud u recieve pics?

I can upload mp3's on the phone but my problem is i cant play mp3's on it, when i play the file is say "resticted by the carier" how cam i play mp3? is there a sofware for it?, But all in all i like the phone!!!!!

I bought this phone last month and love it. Only problem is transferring songs from my computer to the phone. I've successfully downloaded from Vodafone Live but have ended up paying twice-once for my ipod and once for my phone. Is there anyway to transfer from my itunes file to my phone(i want full tracks not ringtones)?

you need a software, "motorola phonetool", is very easy.
with this software yuo can edit the mp3 files and select video and images.

i have the motarola v980 its been ok so far but i cant put mp3's on it and been bugging e for a while i got this phone for £80 i has quite a nice look to it and does what i want apart for download mp3's any ideas?

Answers 2 some of your questions no it dosn't have bluetooth but it dosnt realy need it who cares its a smart phone anyway, 2 upload & download u need the motorola pc tools driver disk which comes in most packages with the phone then just plug phone lead into usb & thats it u can edit mp3s in the suite then transfer them as ring tones, i recently saw the v3 razor in the shops & thats a rubbish looking phone looks like a kiddies 1!!!!
