Anonymous, 02 Jan 2009Hey, its me again, mr moto basher. All I am doing here is expressing my disappointment for the... moreSo how did you know I have never used any Moto phones? Even if you used to work for Moto, maybe you haven't even used as many Moto phones as I have.
Here are the Moto phones I've used:
AMPS: 9200 (the small brick)
TACS: 9300 (the small brick)
WCDMA: A835/V975/A1000/E1000/V3X/E770/E1070/V3maxx i-mode/V6/Q9h/K3/Z8/V9
If you don't think I've ever made negative comments about some of the Moto phones I've used, suggest you read through my replies regarding E8 (which I never got used to the keypad, but still rate it being the BEST music phone around), Z8 (simply the WORST Moto phones ever), A1600 (not being able to download the map of another city)
If you're the "experts" who have used a variety of Moto phones ever since 14 years ago, I would really really like to hear your comments on the EXACT models you have used and the particular reasons why you hate them so much...
Or do you hate the company who simply GOT your job?
most of linux operating system beat asian and north america market alittle bit of them coming out to europe and africa.
i'm a moto fan toooooooooooooo.
when does it finally come out in europe?i can't wait anymore!
was hoping for a Q42008 release, but now we have 2009 and it's still not there!does anyone know?
i hope the rates keep high then, when it debuts, it'll be one of the best rated phones of gsmarena (:

100 Moto, 02 Jan 2009Actually I'm quite naive about the fact why some people, who are likely fans of other brands (... moreHa,ha friend, there's really no need to say or post anything to that. Just as I remembered years ago, many boxers are "trying" to get a shot (opportunity) to fight Tyson or Ali - the reason, if you can beat the champ, you'll be the champ. Consequently, the champ gets challenge all the time like the recent IP Man, I guess it's already opened in HK. Hey I'm cool, I don't need to be offensive in order to defend, only enjoying myself in watching the drama unfold itself.
So friend, how's weather in HK recently? Better spend more time thinking what to buy for the coming Chinese New Year. (LOL)
100 Moto, 02 Jan 2009Actually I'm quite naive about the fact why some people, who are likely fans of other brands (... moreHey, its me again, mr moto basher. All I am doing here is expressing my disappointment for the "mighty" brand motorola. If you two lovebirds, (moto 100 & Stuart) cant take a bit of criticism without sooking about it then thats your problem, not mine. Anyways, i know that i am in fact qualified to hush you up because opposed to two people who have never owned a motorola phone before in your life. I have worked for motorola so i know what goes on behind the scenes. So once again, with all the humility that i can muster, i know more than you, so hush up.

Because I don't see any Moto fans go to other forums bashing about the fact how some don't seem to know how to make a good flip phone, or a bar phone without capturing the background noise.
I respect those who have experienced problems with Moto phones and share their unpleasant experience here. Actually I learned from them some Moto phones being sold in US (especially those with t-mobile software) seem to have more problems than the ones I've used so far.
Either way, nobody here should be qualified to tell anyone to shutup.
its a useful one, but as i said we, all have diff. opinions, i think this cellphone is safer than the others.00000000000000000

Coming here to trying to help but ended up getting otherwise. However, I believe you have reached a level in life (maturity in mindset & thinking) that you won't want to bring yourself down to another person's level and play with them now. From the way it was written and the language used, he or she (more like he) are not at your level yet. Forget it friend, it's not worth to even write or pen anything here. Remember Mr New Balance 81 sometime ago? Ha ha ha...
100 Moto, 30 Dec 2008Sorry for getting out of the topic about VE66 a bit, as even in my area the phone is not yet a... moredear 100 Moto, please be quiet, you have no idea what you are on about, motorola are without fail the worst competitors in the mobile phone market and are a dying breed, ill be surprised if they survive 2009. Their phones have no style, no flair and no hope of making a decent phone so moto 100. Hush up
100 Moto, 30 Dec 2008Sorry for getting out of the topic about VE66 a bit, as even in my area the phone is not yet a... more"I also believe a flip phone with Crystal Talk offers the best voice quality, even over bar phones with Crystal Talk. If a bar phone with Crystal Talk gets an A for voice quality, a flip phone with Crystal Talk should deserve A+, if not A++."
Fully agrees with your statement above. Have used V8 and E8 myself, you were right on the dot. E8's already good, V8's better. We can notice the difference in voice quality only when we physically use both bar and flip Moto phones with Crystaltalk, the most obvious is always when we switch from one to another after using another Moto phone with Crystaltalk for sometime. Not to be mistaken, the bar design Moto phone with Crystaltalk is already good.
I've read a review from a website (forgotten exactly which one) that said there's another phone model (not Moto) has good voice clarity too. I truly believe there are other phone models that could give good voice clarity BUT not background noise reduction AND voice amplifying effect like Moto's Crystaltalk at present. My questions are:
1. did they JUST test the voice quality by listening to the ear-to-phone speaker?
2. did they test by listening to the same (ear-to-phone) when one person is holding the Motorola phone with Crystaltalk at a noisy location on the other end?
3. did they compare with the Motorola's bar or flip design with Crystaltalk?
These are the doubts I have after reading a review on one particular phone model (not a Moto model). Now with the ENHANCED Crystaltalk (I believe it's version 2) in the VE66 that comes with 2 microphones instead of one, the effect, in theory should be better. I can't wait to test it out personally. Motorola should come up and tell the world (again) that they are the first to introduce this technology before someone else comes up to "claim" that they are the first.
