I just got one it's very nice very easy to work, everything in it works properly, i have no problems with it, the battery lasts a whole week thats very good. there is also a range of test functions including one that actually makes the phone sound amplified you just have to type in #090# and a range of functions automatically appears.

I own one and it is a reliable phone. the only problem is the LCD. 2 of my friends also own this phone and we encounter similar problems. orange spots on the LCD. Its the 3rd time my LCD was replaced, and now,, black lines across the screen. the phone is only 5 months old and i took good care of all my phones. and i don't know whats the prob with the LCD. besides like what ive said, it is a reliable phone.

I like the fact that it is eco friendly...you do get use of the color

BUt, it doesnt even out on the counter part of being a good phone.

I mean for a new phone I am very disapointed although I wanted a simple phone...maybe a bit too simple.

NO camera, no radio,no infrared,no bluetooth, old program management, no easy use/friendly use of mp3.(to hear it, to put the song in it, to sync the contacts: unless you use a sim card)

I mean in a nutshell i fell retarded having this phone my 1st phone bought in 2002 was BETTER from a known brand S & E.

for 74$ canadian ... I feel like i overpaid 50$.
At least if it came with a 1 gig memory card or something....
This phoen is a one time use phone for your kids if they need a simple phone just to call.

There's no camera because this phone's meant to be recycled after it's reached the end of it's life. Camera = Very hard to recycle

I am 46 years old and this was my 1st cell phone ever at my kids insistence that i get one. I've only had it 2 months and the speaker has already died. I loved my phone until today. Now I have to mail it in to the manufacturer for repair and won't have it back for 7 to 10 days. I'm very disappointed in needing a repair after this short a time.

Love the phone! After reading some previous opinions, i must say that I have no negative comments about this model. Radio works, mp3 works, battery lasts....no problem.
Granted, it does not have camera and bluetooth, but, whatever, i don't really use those features.

If you just want a phone to call/receive, sms and music, this phone is a good choice. And its 'eco friendly!'

Mp3 Player Very Good,Easy Typing With Handy T9 Mode ,Long Back Up ,Speaker Volume DECREASES on use ,earphone damages in 2 or 3 months ,radio software vanishes for sometime ,speaker is fully open so it goes dull ,very sturdy ,and hats-off to motorola for making such an eco~friendly product , there is no equilizer&bluetooth ,big mistake

This phone is not compatible with Motorola Phone Tools and according to Motorola, it never will be. You can't sync contacts, calender, backup your address book, or import your phone numbers from your previous phone. So while the MP3 function is good, it lacks essential features as a phone.

My guess is that Motorola are trying to kill it so that they can pretend that they offered a green phone but nobody wanted it.

This phone is really easy to use. You would need to put in the memory card to put in additional songs/pics. Only problem found is that the radio does not work at all. Called the outlet where I purchased it and they said that a memo was sent stating that all though the FM radio feature was installed, it would not work - it is a manufaturer's defect. I bought tbe phone thinking that it had a radio as one of its features!!! (Trinidad & Tobago)

Its a nice phone and as usual nice to see a phone thats environmentally friendly. Just one question, why would you offer an environmentally friendly phone and then package it in plastic?!? But it does offer the longest talk time of any T-Mobile basic phone so I give it a B when compared to its compatiable competition.
