hey... i am planning to buy w 270 by next week....
can anyone tell me that is it good enough to invest money in it or i should look out for other phones.....
To those who has concern about the "flip"...I have a Moto V60i, which I bought back around 2001, and the "flip" and the phone itself are still working 100% great!
I've heard Moto has quality assurance tests on its flip phones which guarantees at least 100,000 times opening / closing.
this phone is very sleek and impressive.....
its worth its cost regarding any mobile of any other brand
Its cool sound system and looks are its strong points
i want 2 buy dis fone but can anybody tell me if its flap is strong enough or not?
i think dat it breaks in some months.
can anybody solve my query?

My mother bought Motorola W220 in year 2007, and I tried her phone is very good. But after I bought W270 in yesterday. I saw the screen is darker than W220. And, the battery come from W220 is made in Japan, and the battery from W270 is made in China. Also, some setting in W220 is disappear in W270.
The phone is consider as a lower-end phone so I don't think you can expect much of a quality from it. :)
Is the sound quality of mp3 player and fm is good or not ?? Overall is this phone is good to use ?? answer me..
can any one give me a idea about the music quality??? is it equal to sony ericsson walkman series
I have problem with accessing the external memory card from the mobile. It is read fine by computer using the usb cable or the card reader.
I just purchased the phone and memory yesterday. Any clues?
I've had the phone for about a month now, and i simply love it. Was very skeptical of Moto before, but seems like they got all the basics right. MP3 is decent, don't go looking for Bose type output from a budget phone. Battery is actually better than Nokia these days. So, Whoop!
Like all other Motorola phone, the packaging for this one is very nice. And once out of the box, this one does things "out of the box" indeed.
A mammoth battery life for busy people. Decent shape and weight for shirt breast-pockets. Literally crystal clear voice clarity. Excellent network reception. Very easy to handle and operate.
This one is just like my Samsung C170 but in a folder form-factor. Lovely phone indeed. The best part is that, the fat dumb unhygienic Abhishek Bachchan is not endorsing this piece in India.
Almost all of the budget phones from Samsung, Sony Ericsson and Motorola function (as phones) in such an excellent way that they exceed and superceed all the claims made by the highly priced phones. Makes me wonder why and how!
can the phone be used as a modem to connect to the pc and use internet???
