DUDE!!!...you don't need DRIVER to conect you're phone to computer.Just read youre manual. There it says that you must have youre phone open and when you connect one question is appering and you select yes.Then the memory of the phone(500 Kb)you should see like a stick.it's simple.

i bought this phone last year 4 my present..
i am very disappointted becoz this phone doesnt have a bluetooth or infrared... and the memory is too low.....
i am very disappointted..... sorry motorola..

i got this phone and its very disappointing.. it doesnt have a blutooth nor infrared.. the memory is very low that u can't even upload many pix.. but you can change the resolution to MMs(160x120)for u to have a smaller pix but maybe a lot of pix to take.. the pads are very hard,, the charging takes a long time and it only last for 3 days.. i cant even connect it to the pc coz it doesnt have a driver... this phone is very boring.. also the games.. i dont feel any excitement.. duh...i wouldnt recommend it to my frends.. very stylish.. but very useless..

I saw a post on this site about using the phone as a storage device to get pics off the phone and add mp3 ringtones
I tried several times with 3 computers with no luck.Could you tell me if I need to dl drivers and where to get them .

got this phone about three months ago. functions well and it's a head turner. got the look of a much expensive phone.
minus point is the outer display which does't act as a secondary display. online some blinks during calls, messages and charging

in india this phone is available for jst rs 3000 and it is the best phone in this range . trust me .

hi user of this phone . how is the messaging speed? is it slow. does it take one or two secs for the letter to appear on the screen?

I just got this phone today. The battery takes forever to chrage, but other than that it's a nice little phone. Good sound quality, the buttons and screen are big enough, and the camera works pretty good as long as you have good lighting. This is a great phone for someone who is just starting out, or for someone who wants a basic phone with a few bells and whistles. But if you are looking for a high-end phone with 3G and megapixels, look somewhere else!
Overall, this phone is great for the Average Joe.

The phone is very reliable, albeit lacking on nice features. My carrier (Net10) knocks it's features factor down a bit, but it's a sturdy phone.
This phone has no expandable slot, no Bluetooth, and a composer that is horrid. For a higher end phone (from Net10) it isn't worth the $40 increase.
On the good side the battery is quite nice, holds a charge well, and it performs it's basic functions quite well.
If you're going prepaid, pick a cheaper phone, if you're on a plan, go for a better phone.

To connect the w375 to your computer and take off photos do the following:-
connect a usb cable to computer, switch on phone by opening it, plug usb cable to phone.
You will get a message on phone "Connect phone as a storage device?" Click Yes then phone will switch to a storage device and your computer will recognise it as another hard drive. Use explorer to shift photos. EASY!

I am getting sick of this phone!! I would like to know why I cannot go into the pics that I downloaded from my pc to the phone. All I see is a box with a red x in the middle. Also when I go into my pics from the camera options I only can see the pics that I took after the ones that I downloaded from the pc. Now when I connect the phone to the comp via usb port I can see the pics. Please tell me that someone has some advice for me. THANX!
