wel i think dat its d wost mobile i hv evr seen in my life.firstly its internal memory is jst 2 less.it cant store much sms or cal records.n its net service is jst disgustin.its font size is large.n worst part is its keypad.i cant browse properly.it shows error in host name.it is jst 2 slw....

NOW days whenever someone sends me a message my mobiles used to show me some error "Message store failed" and i try to send message then it says "Error unknown"
Pictures cannot be saved neither in phone memory nor in sd card..

I have recently purchased this phone because I trust Motorola products. Unfortunately, I do not like this phone! The keypad is cheap feeling and it is easy to accidentally press the wrong key, which happens often. Also, the user interface is flawed and difficult to move through quickly. Overall, I would describe this phone as frustrating.

its your phone has a problem...i got my motorola w388 since nov2008 i recieved and sent sms,i can even browse the internet...and if youre phone cant read theme moemory,its your memory does have a problem...not the phone!bring it to the phone experts and reformat your memory card in the way that your phone can read!

have a problem with my mobile,when i sent a message it says "Error Unknown".The messages saved in the phone memmory can't be opened,eventhough i have selected sim as my storage device.Photos can't be saved.I cannot acess my memmory card(I have formatted my memmory card)
