Yes it does. However the chipset is OLD (dual core 1.2) Any resolution above of native resolution can be displayed. Lets say you have a movie in 1080p and your display is 720p. It will play but in 720p resolution. Point is... lets say you h...

I have this device, but mine is not activating and also not recorgnising the sim card sloted into it, and which other way can someone use to charge apart from that pin charger?
