Motorola is not bankrupt. Motorola just split to 2 Division, Motorola Mobile Division and Motorola Broadband Division; so Motorola Mobile Division can consentrate to make the mobile phone.
Since Motorola Z6 (fastest processor for mobile phone, 624 Mhz), and Motorola Razr 2 V8 (faster processor for mobile phone, 500 Mhz) until Motorola Rokr E8 has faster processor.
Motorola and Kodak joint venture until 10 years. Possible Motorola and Kodak collaboration when Motorola split to 2 Division.
Yes, Motorola is in rank 5 for shipments but for seller to end user is in rank 3. Sony Ericsson getting bankruptsy; believe it or not. People get bored to SE Walkman Design.

I have never been a Motorola fan but when I see good technology I praise it. This phone could be the comeback Motorola needs and I hope they will make a comeback as competition forces every manufacturer to make better phones.
A friend of mine plans to get this phone as soon it releases. Regardless of me never being a Nokia fan, I can't wait to get my hands on it.

Hope you people will enjoy this phone when it releases, who knows, we may even cross paths using Wi-Fi (smile).
