i've just replaced the .OER with .0DR firmware. That;s great so far! the speed is much better, and my phone is more stable! the audio is not as good as that of the former firmware! pictures taken in dark condition is much better, in day ligh just the same!

Use this phone with .0DR firmware. U wouldnt ask 4 anything else then.
Its the fastest firmware w/o any lags or memory low errors. When its comes to camera, ZN5 is d best phone 4 its capture speed & xenon flash.
The sound quality is great. (use creative/ SE in ear headphones for in depth bass)

its such a great phone and pictures are great to take with it.. lol but when i go to school people think its a touch screen haha.. im lovin it so far and you can go on the internet with it too.. you can edit pictures and everything but the buttons will sometimes pop off and i love how it has a lock on it so it dosnt press any buttons.. i have a colorful background with a colorful flashing screensaver so thats why people love it lol.

i not ever such a waist service from any other company.Motorola is the worst customer support organisation. ZN5 is an average phone with lot of issues.

I wrote days before about the "restart" issue and,
following advice of some users here, taped the
battery to fit better - voila, no restarts anymore!

Been using for 3 weeks now, so far so good. Just lags sometimes when opened multimedia files. But for taking pictures, it's awesome. Easy to use&really fast autofocus. Sound qualities via headset isn't good, compared to my K850, sound are weird and not clear. But for this price, this phone O.K

I have Sony Ericsoon W995 and I think the ZN5 is better then W995.
