OnePlus Android

The OnePlus 9RT debuted last week with a Snapdragon 888 chipset. It now went on its first sale in China, and it has been a massive success.

According to the Weibo page of OnePlus, the 9RT sales brought CNY100 million (about $15 million) in just five minutes, which depending on the distribution of memory variants means between 26,000 and 32,000 units were moved.

The OnePlus 9RT is sold in China in three memory configurations - 8/128 GB for CNY3,299 ($515), 8/256 GB for CNY3,499 ($545) or 12/256 GB for CNY3,799 ($595).

Such sales are hardly a surprise - the OnePlus 9RT is a great alternative to the OnePlus 9 flagships. It has a big 6.62” AMOLED, 50MP triple camera and a 4,500 mAh battery with ultra-fast charging. It runs ColorOS in China, but global units are expected to stick to OxygenOS.

If the price seen is correct, then I would buy three (3 ) for the family. However I did not see much on the preview before launching.
