Does anyone know if there is any differnce at all between the e313 or the c313 or is my phone got a typo on the back?

i bought the nec 313 and decoding it in Ghana is a problem:i learnt when u decode,u cannot access the phonebook and your messages and other stuffs,all u get is receiving calls and the vedeo recording.The above problem is making this stylist phone useless.What can I do yo have access to all the functions.Counting on your usual co-operation.Thanks

Desperately needed to buy a new phone, so I looked online for comparitively cheap mobiles and found the 313. Looked all right, but when I went to the store I was horrified to see a monster the size of a 90s cordless phone sitting in the display case. At the thought of trying to fit a phone as long as my arm into my pocket, I spent and extra $100 and got the e616V instead.
Whoever approved the design for 313 should be slapped. Hard.
