That would be very nice, especially if waterproof and runs windows. Hopefully tbe Stylus will be fast and accurate.

finally - the tablet in a tablet size... sick of those announcements of new 7"-8" "tablets"... nobody need another phone size device... I need a entertainment device that is easy on eyes and neck (no need to be hunched over all the time trying to see details in small screen)

While you're doing that Sony please also release an Xperia stylus phone that runs windows phone and is waterproof with a high res screen.

I think this will come with the same specs as the rumored Xperia Z4; Snapdragon 810 inside to push a QHD screen together with 4 gigs of ram, and maybe an upgraded camera or something.
However I think this is not a mainstream tablet, 12'' is quite something, but if they can get it proportionally as light and thin as the Z2 tablet and Z3 tablet compact it might become an interesting offer to some. But knowing Sony they will price it way too high in order to sell well.

i hope more competition for device like note etc..., devices with pen(best integrated) is something like what are people used to - pen,paper. well, it should be also hi-end to make big numbers...
