why these companies are not giving 16gb internal. 720p screen, 1.5/2gb ram, 8MP/13MP camera, 5.5 inch screen what else remains only internal memory.

Malaysia have both 8GB & 16GB version.
16GB selling in Official Samsung Store.
8GB selling in distributors.
8GB version had big price cut after 1 month of launching, high possibly Samsung will removed 8GB from the market, as many customers complaining Mega 6.3 having 16GB while it's replacement only 8GB.

In Thailand Samsung Mega 2 comes with 16 Gb memory, but only 2.1 Mpx front cam. Price is 340 euros.
Thai people love big screens, and Mega 6.3 was a big success.
