Apple is more efficient and they have small number of models to support.
They have profit margin of 38% in iPhone s.
On the other hand samsung waste a romba of money in ads , useless devices , backlog of unsold devices. So their profit margin came down to single digit.
Your argument about apple stalks from the customers is pretty shallow and useless argument.
If samsung does charity then gear s won't be costing 349 USD.

I used 2 samsung phone/tablet -1) Note 1 - worse phone i ever used-s**t battery , s**t UI, lags,s**t in-call voice worse user experience - (then shifted to iPhone 5) 2) Note 8-initially liked it ...but after the updates it become another s**t , after 5 week I noticed some liquid on the screen - wtf, I used it for development purpose only - then after 2 week (5+2) it lost time (start giving wrong time)- was not recognized by macbook or even windows ---- I went to service center they asked me about more than half of it's price to repair- I gave up.
Now I see most of my friends who uses samsung are irritated( note 2 user and s4 users and off course Samsung Grand users) -they all shifted to iPhone 5c/5s ...don't know why people buy these s***y phones - and compare RAMS ,cores , mps with others. Brainless people- they want 3 GB ram, 8 cores to run mobile OS and candy crash !!!- OMG
Now I want to shift to android as I have more than 6 apps+games in android , and definitely will not get samsung ever - Nexus 6 may be good for my purpose

Its the product itself, Look at iPhone, the price is high but there are still lot of people who are craving for it.. Its not because the Apple is popular cause Samsung is popular as well. It is the performance of the phone itself that gives good user interface to the people. The iPhone is very expensive yet people still choose it, for me be wise, buy a phone that will last for morethan a yr and will met ur expectation and satisfies you. Not the phone that will work fine for a few month and after that it will give you a headache. I have an iPhone 4s for over 2 yrs now and 5s for almost a yr. now im planning to get the iPhone 6... I do have an android before I admit I love android before since that is my first smart phone but it only works fince for 3 months to 4 moths and then it lags very musch which I decided to try iPhone now I luv how appleproducrts works.

With this kind of bad business scenario .Samsung slowly will disappear from mobile phone competition as what history being told before. Just like how APPLE macintosh declined in the era of early 90s after IBM open their PC compatible licenses to other OEM for more cheaper price. 2011 is their prime time with galaxyS2 and start from galaxys4/s5 ,the downfall era has begin.

High end devices may not contribute as much to the bottom line but are often the only ones throughly reviewed and thereby carry weight beyond their share. And reviews are the only source as independent as they come. For example, I just saw one of the wellknown US tech sites rate the iPhone 6+ higher than the Note 4. Biased or not - it's something Samsung should pay attention to if they don't. Not only the US reads such sites.

Samsung have to think about there own phones an stop Supplying to Apple,the Company that is Really Downgrading them and the lost of money by going to Court,Why?did Samsung offering the F.m Radio on the Galaxy S3,an then because Apple does not offer this Function Samsung tried to copy them,a Very Big Mistake that made the S4 & S5 not so Popular,Why?is Samsung so like the Old Nokia,that they were both good at Producing phones but not so Good for the Support for there phones,as we keep getting the Tizen rumour from Samsung but it never gets Advanced Further like Nokia were same with Symbian
