DantE O2, 01 Nov 2014very wrong why do you think whoever pays so much is rather dumb? i bought a 1k headphone i w... moreif the headphone you bought is actually good in doing what it's supposed to do (play audio accurately) then thi is different. this smartphone has outdated soft- and hardware. the only thing "good" about it is that it's so luxury. but performance wise it's as good as a samsung galaxy S4.

Ultra Maniac, 31 Oct 2014I don't think the people who buy this are going to get bothered by such a thing....!Actually some would. Especially when they realize people with 200 dollar phones around them are more up to date with operating system and have the same camera and same performance.
There is absolutely beyond no reason this device did not ship with at least 4.4.2 let alone 4.4.4 or maybe even 5.0
And who knows when they will even get that update to 4.4.... let alone 5.0.
Even vertu learned from their mistakes.
