Anonymous, 31 Oct 2014It's about time!!! Microsoft looking bad with vendors like Samsung. The delay I think is that Samsung owed Nokia (Microsoft) a chunk of change in licensing fees which at first Samsung said It didn't and then finally paid.
Nokia then sued Samsung for $6.9 million in lost interest revenue due to this late payment.
I guess the late payment also meant it delayed Samsung in receiving the 8.1 update whilst ongoing
There have been NO flagship phones signing on to Windows, the only one
How about the ATIV SE?
good
