You need to get your facts straight. And stop saying this is an 'Ericsson' phone as opposed to Sony Ericsson.
The Xperia brand IS NOT TIED TO Windows only, that was clearly stated by SE from the beginning.
This is an Xperia Android phone and yes it is real.

I know for a fact that Ericsson is making this Rachael, but it's not the new Xperia like people are saying on the thread, it has nothing to do with Xperia, that's what i'm trying to say. Somebody animetd on the Xperia logo on the images and people believe it. So i guess the Kiki is the Xperia as well. You can se how the text goes over the bolts on the phone as well.

The size of the phone will be very similar to I-phone 3G(S). I calculated that from the screen size (if it is really 4˝).
About the video call capability: Is it possible that there is second camera in that black thingy above the screen in the middle.
