The icon's are too big hate it. Love the previous small apps. Look very rich n professional. Touch has been affected too. Hating to use the phone.

Sony, put your heads together and take notice of the resounding hate for your last update. People are referring to you as an iphone. Customisable desktop including small icons. Do it.

Downloading & configuring the free Go Launcher allows full control of icon size & general appearance.

Somebody worries about google search bar on home page. To hide it do the following :
                                1. Do long press on screen
                                2. A bottom know visible in front of google search bar to hide the bar

Another problem is larger icons than android 4.4.2 version that we hope to Google solve it in next version or pach

Don't know why all you people are complaining about large icons. It's the same as on z3 series. We knew Sony would release the same firmware for the z2 family so it's no surprise.
If you don't like the large icons, use another launcher or head over to XDA for a solution.
The update is great! The performance is much snappier in all respects. UI and gaming and obtaining much higher bench mark scores.
The camera has also been improved with the full res samples now just as sharp as the z3.
Yes the viewfinder has a lower frame rate than before but I believe that's to reduce overheating. I'm fine with it because it finally now have a great performing 20.7mp camera.
Jesus! So many new and good improvements and all you guys can bitch about is icon size. Grow up!
That's a Google thing. Sony's just kept pace with it. I personally like them big. Looks more modern. We've got 1080p displays now so no need for small icons to hide non existent pixels.
If you don't like them, change them. It's an android phone after all. You're not locked into using them.
Enough of the stupidity. You all sound like infants!
