They agreed they copied apple to avoid the kind of battle samsung faces with apple due to the fact that apple doesn't tolerate the slightest imfrignement, but if you talk of design I would say they didn't copy the iphone 6 but a previous model because the s90 was already being produced before the iphone 6 release.

Shameless knockoff yes, but Apple should take notes from this design. Current models are way too thin imho and does not have sufficient battery life.
