Its not the question of design.
    Its the question of time..

When will Microsoft realize that its time to launch the successor of the 1020...?
Have they started at the drawing board?
Why have an entry Lumia launched at this time of the year?

If Microsoft are launching an entry-level device, I'm not interested. The only device I'm looking forward to from Microsoft is the Successor of the Lumia 1020.
Launching a cameraphone which betters the 1020 would be quite a positive start from Microsoft, at least that's my opinion.

Uhhh.. I don't know if it's just me or to others.. This phone kinda looks dull to my eyes, it doesn't have any variations in design, it's like a newbie drawing a rectangle with 4 rounded corners in photoshop. Come on.. It's already dull on the application department, please don't make it dull everywhere..

The major problem of Windows phone is not the hardware.
In fact Lumia is very well designed and elegant.

The problem that Microsoft has never learned enough is the "equivalent similar" apps that currently only available in both iOS and Android but not in Windows.

Microsoft is too arrogant especially during Steve Ballmer's tenure that he ignored customers' feedback and complaint about lacking of apps.

To CEO Satya, my advice to you is that in order for Windows to gain popularity and to stay on as the main stream mobile operating system, windows must have all the apps which are currently available in both iOS & Android.

Only with this, people can consider to switch from iOS/Android to Windows.

In addition, offer something like Apple TV ($99) may be called it Lumia Cube/Box that enable the smart devices (Lumia & Surface)to mirror.

In addition integrate the Xbox with this Lumia Cube/Box to offer free Xbox live that you can access online contents like youtube, surfing net, movie trailer, free on-line games, flickr, podcast.......
