Please Note that it's not only the Moto X 2014 that got the soak test but the Moto G 2014 also. Amazing, just like the Amazing.
Please let Motorola become the Nexus brand and kill at once the Nexus line.

I hate how this admittedly mediocre phone gets so many headlines. The one year old lg g2 manages to be smaller with better battery and its only drawback is that it has 0.2ghz less. And that's from a phone that has been out for more than a year now.
Motorolla had the perfect size with the original moto x and they blew it with this phone. What a disastrous release, people should stop giving them praise for mediocre devices, maybe then they'll get back in the drawing board -that way- and repeat some of their best designs...

Google love Motorola and Lenovo is the right instrument to make Motorola rise once again.
Motorola made the Nexus 6 remember that is an advantage for them to bring the latest android Lollipop to the Moto X which is also almost stock.
But as you said, this is the second time that Motorola beat Google in their own game. First with KitKat and know with Lollipop.
Well done Motorola.

Nexus 5 hasn't got Lollipop yet, but the article does say this is only a "Beta" release by Motorola
