Looks slightly smaller than 1520. 5.7" perhaps? Hopefully updated camera 6.7mp or 8mp with OIS quad core snap 200 or 400 and 1gb ram and 8gb onboard? Accel, proxi and compass? One can hope.

Even if you can find a flagship with 64 bits architecture, 4 go Ram, high-speed ROM and all you could dream, it's the operating system itself who will sollicitate the ressources ! IF you've an OS who is optimized with 1go of Ram and a quad core with low frequency, the argument of the hardware isn't relevant of a good acquisition or not. This device is optimized for Microsoft services and to compete with mid-range Android devices with a warranty of good experience !

Handling more ram is only one thing, there are lots of advantages with 64 bit cpu. Have you heard the 2038 issue.
