If other vendor can create a phone that can support feature like s pen/note. I will definitely not buying Samsung. But, as so far, non of the vendor come out with these feature which I need it for my work. Hence, no choice but to buy Samsung. If I no need s-pen feature, I will just buy other brand. Well Asus have the pen..but feature not so powerful.. so...

i really don't think xiaomi will dethrone samsung,the only reason xiaomi getting famous coz they sell cheap phone with great spec right? but if you look it closely, i don't think they even pay another company for patented tech (Phone looks, OS configuration). that's the only reason why they haven't start selling in first world country, coz they have solid law and regulation about patent inventions! that why they only sell it in developing countries. jus my 2 cents

This points to a very worrying trend, ESPECIALLY since the rest of the industry are doing fine. LG doubling profits, Lenovo record profits, record sales of Oppo, Xiaomi gaining 3rd place as largest mobile vendor. In fact, the above leads one to conclude that customers are simply losing interest in Samsung.
The fact that Samsung thinks raising prices is the way to resolve the issue is even worse, showing that they truly do not understand their customer base at all.
