Wow, Samsung, the company that's the first to cheat on benchmarks is suing someone else. LOL. Is Samsung going to sue itself for claiming to have octa-core when only 4-cores can run at the same time?

              Hint, the y axis is represented in terms of "X times higher"

                  Im an electrical engineer and I know that cpus and gpus never flat line like nvidias claim of the samsung enynos. If so your talking about a perfect stable processor that performs the exact same power load iver any application....which never happens.

                  I used to like nvidia but they do seem desperate as they are small in the mobile marketplace. Samsung may be getting sued for legitimate purposes but nvidia messed up by false advertising.

                                        Nvidia is now Nokia they will fail soon enough.
