Still waiting!!! I have a first gen Moto X developer edition, 2014 Moto G 2nd. Gen, and a new Moto X 2014. 2 of the three are unlocked and not tied to a carrier and new 2014 Moto X is AT&T. The only people I know with OTA update have been Verizon customers. Not sure if it is carrier issue or Google issue, as my 2013 Nexus 7

Man..its really irritating..! I'm checking my moto g 1st gen from almost a month for a upgrade..and nearly 3 times a day.. Motorola should tell us when is the upgrade coming..!! We want a fix date..!
