Google is afraid of MS that's why it's not making apps for wp.
But it is following wp and ios that's why its rolling updates faster than earlier.

Nexus5, 12 Nov 2014Okay Google, this is embarrassing. What is the point of the Nexus lineup, if Motorola users ar... moreI'm an Android user, but I love the way it seems like most Android users here are like a pack of rabid dogs in a developing country going through a civil war; every day changing their loyalty and even going as far as biting the hand that feeds them -- not to mention how users of one OEM hate the users of another and there is so much hate and squabbling between Android users themselves without involving users from Windows Phone, Blackberry or iOS.

Last week you all hate Samsung, 3 weeks ago you all hated Sony for cancelling updates, now you all hate Google. Now, you love Motorola, but will hate them in a months' time when they cancel updates for older phones in the near future. You all love one Android OEM today only to hate them tomorrow.

In comparison Apple and its users are like a modern civilized country living in harmony.
