Not all Nexus 5's are getting the update... Is this a part of Soak testing? if its not.. then why arent all the devices getting the update? Are they giving updates in batches?

I use nexus 5 and didn't get ota to android L till now but my friend received it today morning .So we ran Antutu benchmark on both our devices . My score on KitKat was around 28000 and my freind's running android L had a score of 33500 approx . There are no bugs at all and WiFi connection is not an issue as it got connected to our office WiFi just like before . Battery life and camera seems to have gone through noticeable improvements .

Evrything seems to be fine except wifi is taking time to gt connected unlike other phones .which get immediately connected if wifi network is available .
No other issues evryyhing seems to be smooth n i dint c any change in battery life pattern feels same almost.
Good update on the whole feels refreshing ,cz hve been using since a year.
