Hi,
I am about to side load the lollipop update to my nexus 5. However, ADB driver is not installing in my windows 8.1 & windows 8 stating Access denied. Can someone tell me what was the issue here (or) is there any other way to overcome this.

Guys, if you're getting impatient, you can use adb sideloading to update your nexus devices to lollipop, you don't have to unlock your bootloader or void your warranty... It's hassle-free and very very easy to do, enjoying lollipop on my nexus 7 2013. After 3 days of crying in the forums. :)

Its really bugging all that still there is not proper word from Google about the Update and Nvidia sheild tab is getting update now...... Really bad on Google that they have not kept their word..... :(
