Moto G's will get the L Update only after Nexus 6 is released in India. Any NEXUS manufacturer is REQUIRED to provide the Latest Android Update to the NEXUS line before any other model the company manufactures. So going by this Motorola has to make sure NEXUS 6 is out in the Indian Market before it can update any of the NON-NEXUS devices. There is news that OTA update for Moto G's is ready from technical point. Its the GO-Ahead needed from the management for the Roll-Out.

5.0.1 is released for XT1032. Can be flashed on XT1033, if rooted. Google it.
