Soak Tests have started in India. People who have registered for MFN have started receiving the update via OTA. My guess is one more week before they start the rollout for everybody. Lol, even Im from one of those who check the phone's "system updates" throughout the day expecting to get some good news :D :D
Till then, keep calm and enjoy KitKat's last few days :P

Same thing happened in US. They start with soak test n within 1 or 2 days all will get the update. Hope for the best.
