Bcz according to the official website they have clearly mentioned that motorola has released Android lollipop to AOSP. U may follow this link..

Moto G is very impressive but company has to make some good marketing statergy to increase the market share. I brought from flipkart and felt service is also good but impressed with accessories viz Mobile charger and headphone company has to think seriously and upgrade them to up to the mark considering the Motorola brand

(Our official comments generally capitalize proper names, like Moto G or India.)
