I had a chat with motorola support. they told that the soak update is not for every devices only for some selected IMEI numbers.

I had called moto customer care .they said rollout are started but only selected user from MFN registered user will get to taste the android l soak test.the final official rollout will be starting in the first or later week of December and that too only for 1st gen moto g.
