Its confirm by motorola customer support that moto g 1st gen soak test starts today 14th of November by the end of the day.
Then why this kind of things happening. No one gets soak test.

People who get selected for the soak test are covered under a confidentiality clause which forbids them to reveal the snapshots of the program they are testing or to mention about the program anywhere.so even if the soak test have started in india we will not be getting to know about it right away.And if you have been selected for the soak test u will be getting an email regarding that after which the update will be pushed to your device.so take a chill pill and wait for the official roll out of the update and stop checking for software update notification on your phone.
