Maybe this is the end for samsung. New era of smartphones has begun. A new innovator awaits the crown to be the leader of smartphones. And I think Xiaomi has the biggest potential though I don't want to patronize chinese products.

Cutting models and manufacturing the Ax SoC for Apple might improve Samesung's financial outlook. It desperately needs to do this after its 60% profit crash this year.

This just simply means that theyre gonna make less MODEL of phones. Thats what people here are mostly complaining about right? Them flooding the Earth with their different phone models? Whats w/ the crying icon??

this is supposed to been done long ago, 25-30 still a little. They make almost 100 different models a year.

few good phones are better than many okay phones. This is A decision they had to make a lot before
