I understand the licencing with Foxconn and how this gets you back into the market in a workaround. Good business and with the strict quality controls I feel confident.
The device looks gorgeous and i can imagine how nice it will feel in hand. Keep going.

Maybe he's don't own a tablet (just table:P) so he don't know what's the perfect position of tablet's speaker without sacrificing it's front layout design.

Keeping close to Apple design allow Foxconn to keep the production and marketing cost low and offer consumer like us better buy.
