Okay phone but the home button could have been circular then it would look all better. Non-removable battery and non expandable memory are the reason I am not interested in this bullshit phone.

Oh it's time to yawn again, some people don't know when to stop talking about exynos, it's rubbish, please stop blowing your own trumpet, Qualcomm is the ruler of mobile chips, so please stop wasting your time. Always think before your comment, because sometimes you can sound like a real fool if you don't.

Kettzy, 19 Nov 2014Dude you've no idea what you're talking about, do you? Both processor and display are superior... moreI think you need to watch your language, you have no idea about technology, oh sorry I forgot you're probably a Samsung rep aren't you in disguise, they'll talk out of their backside, I'll say aagin, the s805 chip would humiliate this awful second rate chip from Samsung. Please understand a little more about technology before you come on hear spouting you're on trash. Meizu are never going to be successful if they add rubbish like this. Remember Qualcomm rules.

that's a steal for the price. they might want to sell it outside china if not for the patent problems they'd likely have with apple.

I've gotta say, they are gutsy. The fingerprint sensor basically works in exactly the same way as iPhone 5S/6, which is of course the way it should work, but I don't see how they could sell this baby outside of China (which they won't). Apple will be on their doorstep asking for royalties if that were the case...

AnonD-78871, 19 Nov 2014I don't think so I think Exynos 5430 + will be struggling to render QHD display. Actually Ex... moreWhat you said ia completely correct.

5430 is like S801 which not suitable for QHD.
5433 (7) is like S805 which optimise for QHD.

Meizu shall pick Exynos 7 (5433) which design for QHD display. Using Exynos 5430 is way too wrong for QHD.

LOL Most of people here don't understand the specs

1. It's octa-core (two quad-core)
2. It's QHD with extra 100ish px at the width, so it's bigger than most phablet now
3. Comparing CPU is unnecesary, because in real life there's barely a difference and battery optimization will be the main point

Kettzy, 19 Nov 2014Dude you've no idea what you're talking about, do you? Both processor and display are superior... moreAlmost 100 more pixels?
2560 x 1536 = 3932160
2560 x 1440 = 3686400
3932160 - 3686400 = 245760

Kettzy, 19 Nov 2014Dude you've no idea what you're talking about, do you? Both processor and display are superior... moreI don't think so
I think Exynos 5430 + will be struggling to render QHD display.
Actually Exynos 5430 is similar with Exynos 5422.
Exynos 5422 = 109 GFLOPS (Mali-T628 MP6 @ 533 MHz)
Exynos 5430 = 122 GFLOPS (Mali-T628 MP6 @ 600 MHz)
Exynos 5433 = 206 GFLOPS (Mali-T760 MP6 @ 700 MHz)

So Exynos 5430 is on S801 league, not S805
S805 = Exynos 5433

MX4 is topper in An tu tu.
So i am excited about it.
It has all latest features which leading smartphons have now.
(But trully no 1 can compete S-pen features of NOTE series)
So for $500 it is best to have it.
