    The major issue with windows phone is not hardware but software.

    It lacks of useful apps that only available in iOS & Android.

    In order to gain popularity, Microsoft should improve the no. of apps but not no. of how many lumia they can release.

                    Like others point out, capacitive buttons are a plus for many, me included. A non-rounded screen would be a huge bummer, however! It's one of the great things that truly sets the Lumia phones apart from the rest...!
