Finally!!! Just open google services framework clear data and force stop and check for update ,try this 3-4 times ,,,,if it doesn't work restart your phone and do that again and check for update ,,it will be there

Those who hav updated to 5.1 can they find "User" tab under settings?? Its seems dat android one users r still kept deprived of such an important feature of lollipop i.e., switching users. Other settimgs like Device Security are also missing under settings.

For the screen showing up waiting for download... please have patient keep wifi on for 20 minutes. It will begin automatically.. make sure u have 600-700 mb available. Taste lollipop 🍭

For getting the update follow three steps.
Exclusively for MMX canvas a1
Note: only for WiFi users first disconnect the WiFi.
1 Go to settings apps. All apps. Google services frame work (only clear this data it will be enough around 3 mb then disable it then force stop then enable it then clear data
Restart the mobile
Connect to WiFi connection
Go settings about phone check for update. If it is saying system is up to date
Then repeat the same disconnect your WiFi and proceed as stated at above after disconnecting WiFi
U will surely get the update in third or at max 4th attempt.
"No need for hard reset or clearing google services data"
Clear only google services frame work data around 3 mb

If u have installed battery saver app. Pls uninstall and go ahead. Bcoz it drains the battery. My phone and my colleague phone also face same problem..after uninstalling battery saver app. Battery life is long....

Google service framework... Clear data force stop. Disable and enable it. Then check for update. It will work. Make sure u r in WiFi.... It will help to get update early...
