Guys android l for android one phnes is comng by nxt week.
Google officially annoncd on 4th feb (wed) so in nxt week android l can come on 25th feb or 28th feb. Its not a fake news.

The answer is simple, to give a blast on the nexus line in india. Well you see nexus six is just launched in India, and they havnt made much profit yet from india, so they waiting for the sale line hitted by nexus 1st.
