I got it in my Canvas A1. Working fine... Wait for other apps like google play services to update. It will take its own time. After that clear google framework services and then disable and enable it. Then check for update. I have done like that. Keep ur mob on WiFi. U can caught early...

Is the update really available I have not got the update and 100 of times I have called android one customer care .
75 times cleared google framework data .
2 times factory reset.
I have tried every possible way to get it but I have not got .
This lollipop seems to be sour

steps to install:
1.Download zip file
2.Switch off on mobile
3.Press power button and volume up bottom together....
4.Select recovery. Use volume button for up and down press power button for selection
5.Red android image appears
Press power and volume button together
6.Select update
7.Select file then after update it will ask to restart. Wait it will take some time. Happy lolipop

Doing this u will STILL RECEIVE D FUTURE UPDATES cause this is d official rom. Go ahead.

But update is not coming... moreTry clearing the play services framework data,then disable it.the phone might get restarted. Then check it again.
If nothing happens then try changing the date to 1st April or if update doesn't come then download the official ROM.
Steps to install official rom-
1-download the zip and paste it in the SD card(don't extract it)
2-switch off the phone and press the power key along with volume up key.
3-then u will be directed to the recovery mode menu and select recovery option.
4-there will be a picture showing no command.don't worry.again press power and volume up key and then select the ROM from SD card.
5-again press the same key while processing the update will start.just enjoy.
