Update can only come after google post android 5.1 source code to AOSP (android open source project)
First there will be huge news for that and only after that OTA could start.
We are at least 2-3 weeks away from OTA

Called Spice customer care once again & they told update will be rolled out on 15th feb and they specified the update is 5.0 and not 5.1
