Everyone is getting update... I m almost 20hrs on WiFi only... The pupil who are in mobile network has got early. Even who bought the mobile two months after mine has got the update.... I have hitted the update button 1000times from mrng. Still not getting.. Cleared Google framework also. No use.... :-(

I am from a.p palakol. I got it today mrng and I have done same process clear framework data after rebooting just checked my update 5 times and notification came . now I am enjoying in lollipop there are no lags

All the Spice dream uno users will SURELY get 5.1 by 30th March.....wait for few more days or u can force d OTA by clearing d play service framework (which may or may not work). If u clear d play services framework, then either u will get d update or u will brick all d google linked apps which can be restored by simply doing a factory reset....i would recommend waiting till 30th.
