used this for more than a year. bpoght on dec 31 2014 from flipkart.
awesome phone, mobile never hangs, camera is good, not best. no heating problem. my daughter would have thrown /hit the phones atleast more than 200 times, with rubber case, nothing happened.

Why one should buy a Samsung phone when others are giving better phone in half the cost.

i think xiaomi offers fabulous phones at very reasonable prices...however i think instead of spending 9k for redmi note ...it is better to wait for xiaomi mi4 as that is a flagship phone and generally flagship phones are future proof with regular updates...also it features top of the line hardware which ensure fluid experience for a long period(2-3 years)...also xiaomi mi4 will not be very expensive compared t o the redmi note.... xiaomi has said that mi4 will be less than 15k ....better to spend extra 6k and buy a much....much better phone
