Maybe they shouldve focused on making products rather than ads mocking Apple.

That's because they put a sky high price for their flagship. Because of it consumers are looking elsewhere for alternatives which can give same Android experience at a relatively low price. Samsung now feels the presence of stiff competition in the mobile battlefield. They have to rethink their pricing strategy. Samsung, don't base your price on the laurels of your famous Galaxy lines. Here in the Philippines for example, a Note 4 costs Php37,990 while a top-of-the-line Lenovo or Asus flagships cost around Php24,900 or less. What do you think a smart consumer will choose?

            Shamesung, please continue with below.
            1. Price of all the products must be equal to or above i-product.
            2. No firmware update in future to any product.
            3. Launch a new handset everyday with same specifications.

You can reach on TOP within no time. (Sarcasm)

Digitimes Research released its third-quarter reports outlining the state of the smartphone industry. It seems Samsung, Apple, and LG are the global top-three smartphone makers at the moment, followed by Chinese heavyweights Huawei, Xiaomi, and Lenovo at the fourth, fifth, and seventh spots. However, it is the bunny-loving Xiaomi that's leading the pack in terms of shipment growth. Meanwhile, ZTE, a considerably important Chinese telecom and vendor, has completely disappeared from the top 10 list.

It is better to focus on Note series, not S series.

How can you sell the note 4 for $1000 while the Nexus 6 with same CPU , ram, GPU and come with the latest android Lollipop out of the box just cost $650.

No more Samsung ever and no more Touchtwiz UI also for me.

Samsung sale is declining due to the fact that the Company has been producing high end mobiles year after years with the same design and there is no innovation in the design element.

Needed actions to regain consumer interest, confidence and loyalty:
                                  1. Vastly cut down product line up and advertising budget
                                  2. One budget phone, one midrange phone, one high-end phone MAX per year. Same for phablet and tablet lineup.
                                  3. VASTLY improve specs/price ratio to at least Moto G standards.
                                  4. Stock Android only, with no added junkware
                                  5. No dumb SIM/region locking or KNOX e-fuse or other anti-consumer nonsense.
                                  6. Make sure to support devices to latest Android for at least 1 year, preferably 2.
                                  7. No more boring unchanging S3 inspired design and plastic fetish.
                                  8. Don't release devices for the sake of gimmicks.

Now where is my $1 million bonus paycheck, Samsung?
